ECF is Fiji’s most experienced provider of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) with over 75 approved assessments of development projects.

Vatukoula Gold Mines Toko West

ECF`s clients range from large tourism complexes such as Vunabaka Bay Resort, Naisoso Island and Natadola`s Intercontinental Resort; mining projects including the Emperor Gold Mine and the Nawailevu Bauxite Mine; quarries, forestry operations; bottled water operations; and, infrastructure such as shipping ports, transmissions lines, road upgrades and water supply.

EIAs often require a range of specialist studies to be completed as part of the assessment process.

Well, I have to start by saying this nomination is a surprise, but certainly a pleasant surprise, and I accept it with gratitude, and with humility. I add with humility, because I know well that my professional life here in Fiji, has been dedicated to my wider environmental consultancy rather than to conservation, which is where I always thought it would be.
